i have grown deep roots in san diego, i thank my family for all the support. the life of a chef is a diverse one not easily accepted yet my family is always there for me. my passion for food runs deep, every kitchen is different yet the same, it is exciting, evolving, depressing, creating, controversial, and invigorating in the same moments. It is my lifes work and my passion.


Family, food, kids, the coast, and the vegetable aisle at the market. I love to cook, to create, to work with my hands. I love the smell of fresh baked bread and hanging salumis. My go-to's are EVOO and sherry vinegar, and lastly if I have an idea to make something from scratch I am going to do it.
